By accessing www.kaystyle.ae or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We make every effort to display our products, colours, designs and descriptions accurately. However, slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings, photography, lighting and fabric characteristics. All prices are displayed in UAE dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges, duties and taxes are shown or applied as appropriate during checkout.
All orders are subject to acceptance, payment confirmation and product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer to offer an alternative or arrange a refund where appropriate.
The KAYSTYLE name, logo, designs, photographs, graphics and website content are the property of or licensed to KAYSTYLE and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without written permission.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
UAE Orders: Orders are normally delivered within 2–4 business days. Delivery is charged as per location, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
International Orders: Approximately 10–15 business days. International shipping is 100 AED unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of customs, public holidays, courier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Import duties and taxes may be payable by the customer.
If you have ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact [email protected] promptly, preferably with photographs of the item and packaging, so we can review and resolve the matter.
Your mandatory rights concerning defective or non-conforming products under applicable UAE consumer protection law remain unaffected.
For hygiene, safety or product-specific reasons, certain items may not be returnable where permitted by law. Customised, personalised, altered, worn, washed or used items cannot normally be returned or exchanged due to change of mind. This does not affect mandatory remedies where a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not conform to the agreed order.

Items showing signs of use, alteration, washing, perfume, makeup or damage caused after delivery may not qualify for a return or exchange, subject to applicable law. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, normally within 5–7 business days after approval. Additional bank or payment-provider processing times may apply. Original delivery charges are not normally refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.
Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible; cancellation is not guaranteed until confirmed by KAYSTYLE.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, and our Delivery & Return Policy will apply.
If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact the customer and offer an appropriate alternative or refund.
Where a cancellation and refund are approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method, normally within 5–7 business days after approval.
