UAE delivery

UAE orders are normally delivered within 2–4 business days. Delivery is charged as per emirate at checkout: 30 AED for Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, and 40 AED for Abu Dhabi, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

Shipping from Dubai

All Kay Style orders are processed and shipped directly from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We work with trusted local and international couriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM GST are usually processed the same business day.
• Orders are processed within 1 business day.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
• Delivery times may vary during public holidays.

International shipping

International Orders: Approximately 10–15 business days. International shipping is 100 AED.

Returns & exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags included. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

How to return an item

2. Include your order number and reason for return.
3. Our team will provide return instructions.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, exchanges are subject to availability. Shipping costs may apply.
