KayStyle ships within the UAE and internationally. Delivery charges and available delivery options are shown at checkout based on the destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, customs, delivery delays or circumstances outside our control.
Returns & Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, contact us at info@kaystyle.ae within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed.
- Original tags and packaging must be retained.
- Size exchanges are subject to availability.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order details and, where possible, photographs so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply.
